When will my goods be shipped?We aim to ship the goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Naturally, items paid for by credit card via the Pay Pal shopping cart allow us to take payment instantly and therefore ship goods a lot quicker then when waiting for cheques to arrive. If you want to know where your goods are, then please don't hesitate to contact customer services. Back to TopHow much will I be charged for shipping?Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the goods being shipped as well as taking into account any international shipping. For each type of product you order you will be charged a fee for the first item, then a reduced rate for consecutive items. Remember that ALL the products on this site are shipped FROM mainland UK. Back to TopHow long will my product take to arrive?From the date of dispatch, please allow three working days for the products you ordered to arrive. If at this point you still haven't received your goods, please contact customer services. Back to TopDoes Pestfree ship outside of the UK? Pestfree currently sells and supplies to the United Kingdom and to mainland United States. It is important to place your order on the appropriate site so we can tailor our service for specific regions. UK orders should be placed via www.pestfree.co.uk and USA orders should be placed through www.pestfreeus.com. Failure to place your order through the correct site will result in termination of your order and refund of your payment. What about shipping to Europe? All orders from European countries should be placed via the UK's, www.pestfree.co.uk web site. We do not make an additional charge for European shipping. |
